All orders made on this platform are regulated by certain electronic buying terms and conditions.

Order Refusal

If the order is refused by the receiver during the address capturing stage, a refund will be issued if the order is not yet prepared. A refund will NOT be issued if the order has been prepared. Sender would need to provide an alternative recipient.

If the order is refused by the receiver upon delivery, a refund will NOT be issued and the order will return back to our location. Sender would need to provide an alternative recipient and re-delivery charge of AED 30 Dubai / AED 60 Outside Dubai(Sharjah & Ajman )  will be applied.

 

Dimensions of Products Colors, Specification

We did everything we could to show colors, specs and measurements as accurately as possible on the web. The colors, descriptions, and measurements of the goods that you see may depend on the resolution of your monitor. We can't promise that every color appearing on your monitor will match the color of the object you send. If it is out of stock it may differ from color or shapes even the flower in case shortage of some touches with the arrangement, we may be adding substitute of it.

We take requests for articles subject to demand. Products Supply and replacement If for some reason the goods that you ordered have ceased to be available, we will notify you through the contact information that you received when placing your order and either: Offer you a substitute item equal in quality and price, if possible. Please notify our Customer Relations so soon as possible when we have shipped you an incorrect commodity and schedule collection. We would give you the right product as early as possible in case you ask us to swap the incorrect item with the one you requested.

 

Losses

Damage We shall be liable as a consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions of internet buying if the failure was fairly probable by you and us at the time the deal was agreed to deliver goods by us (i.e. at the time the Dispatch Approval E-mail was sent to you) and you are accountable for the damage. Another failure or harm not specifically attributable to our activities or the behavior of our sub-contractors or agents is unintentional or not objectively foreseeable for us and any third party, for which we are not liable for any loss of business (including loss of sales, income or contracts, expected savings, needless expense, details or goodwill) When the deal was concluded between us and you.

In compliance with these Terms and Conditions, our obligation to you will not surpass the net amount of the goods bought. There is no waiver from our responsibility for serious injuries or disability incurred by our failure to you in these On-Line Shopping Terminology.

 

Waiver

Waiver we also retain the ability to use our protection and redress in certain cases where you break these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions so we will not take any action.
